I like steamboat! Don't know why, just like the feel of cooking the food by yourself, enjoying the process maybe...(although I am hungry looking at the food, waiting for them to be cooked). But a lot of people thinks that steamboat is heaty. Well...for me, I don't care (as long as drink a lot of 'leong sui' (herbal tea in cantonese) to neutralize back, haha...).
